Conditions

Effective date: June 2026

Welcome to Baltic Harmony. By using our website at www.balticharmony.com and booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Baltic Harmony is operated by SIA Baltic Harmony, registered in the Republic of Latvia.

01Reservations and Booking Confirmation

A reservation becomes confirmed once SIA Baltic Harmony sends you a written booking confirmation by email and receives your deposit payment. Please review all details in your confirmation carefully. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately.

All reservations must be made in writing by email to info@balticharmony.com. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

02Payment

All prices stated in your booking confirmation are guaranteed at the time of confirmation.

Payment schedule:

  • A deposit of 30–50% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
  • If your booking is made less than 30 days before the tour start date, full payment is required immediately.

SIA Baltic Harmony accepts payment by bank transfer and by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) via Stripe. Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

03Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time by sending a written cancellation notice to info@balticharmony.com. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before tour start — full deposit refunded.
  • 30 to 60 days before tour start — 50% of deposit refunded.
  • 14 to 30 days before tour start — 25% of deposit refunded.
  • Less than 14 days before tour start — no refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

04Changes to Your Booking

We are happy to accommodate changes to your booking subject to availability. If the revised arrangements result in a price difference, you will be required to pay any additional costs. Changes must be requested in writing to info@balticharmony.com.

If SIA Baltic Harmony needs to make changes to your confirmed booking, we will notify you immediately and offer suitable alternatives of equal or better standard. If you do not accept the alternatives, a full refund of all amounts paid to us will be provided.

05Seasonal Pricing

Tours during peak summer season (June through August) may be priced 10–15% higher due to increased accommodation and supplier costs. All applicable pricing will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

06Our Responsibilities

SIA Baltic Harmony is responsible for the services we directly provide. All services will meet the standard described on our website and in your booking confirmation. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to SIA Baltic Harmony.

Some activities and services are provided by our trusted third-party partners. In those cases, SIA Baltic Harmony acts as a booking agent only. While we work exclusively with reputable suppliers, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from third-party services.

SIA Baltic Harmony does not accept liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest or government actions.

07Your Responsibilities

We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the duration of their experience. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or members of your party.

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Latvia and the Baltic region.
  • Follow the instructions of guides, drivers and service providers.
  • Respect the customs, traditions and property of local communities.
  • Inform SIA Baltic Harmony of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.

08Travel Documents and Insurance

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents required for entry to Latvia and the Baltic states. SIA Baltic Harmony is not liable for any costs or losses arising from inadequate documentation.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel, covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability and repatriation.

09Intellectual Property

All content on www.balticharmony.com, including text, images, design and branding, is the property of SIA Baltic Harmony and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10Complaints

If you have a complaint during your experience, please inform us immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly. Any complaints following the completion of your tour must be submitted in writing to info@balticharmony.com within 7 days of the tour end date.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
